Actually, disruption is a term that is commonly used in many companies and strategies to remain present in the market. For which, they seek innovation in each of their processes and present an offer with high value, simple, efficient and practical for their target and potential audience.

Companies have made various internal changes in order to be at the forefront of what their customers really need. To do this, companies seek to efficiently understand their client and adapt to the constant change in people’s interests and needs. In this way, they manage to create new markets and focus on future customer needs. Which is essential to be successful and become a great alternative.

A good example of this is the Startups, this type of company is characterized by the implementation of technological approaches that manage to differentiate themselves from their competitors. They manage to bring something different to their audience and generate a great revolution. In addition, they position themselves efficiently by having clear goals and a visionary mind.

This type of innovation concept is applied in different industries. However, they share several characteristics. For example, the redesign of the organization, acceleration of innovation, creation of new activity in the market and generation of competition with the desire to improve.

On the other hand, within the processes of disruptive change in companies, trial and error is evident. Because, without innovation, there is no learning, for which the error is allowed to learn new ways of interacting and understanding customers. Therefore, the error is considered part of the process of change in the organization and the mindset of the collaborators. In addition, market research is essential to know the main points that must be changed and innovated.

Innovation and disruption are vital for any organization, which is why they are considered a necessity for business growth. In addition, to have a general vision of what happens inside and outside the organization. Since, the market, the operation of the company, the products it offers and the changes of the client must be known in detail.
